Just a quick question, how do you do the vents? Do you get PG glass to drill them when you they cut the glass?

Jip, PG glass did it, and they can do it all sorts of sizes

I use a drill bit I got from Builders Warehouse to drill my holes for ventilation.

Angel, what size are your air vents? 40mm? You guys say you have drilled 38mm holes for them to clip into yes?

I have found some 40mm and 70mm air vents, and from what I can see by measuring the outside circumference of the plastic clips on the vents, you would need to drill 32mm holes into the glass for them to clip in. But you guys seem to have used 38mm and it fits fine?

Do you get 32mm drill bits? Or must the hole be drilled at say 30mm, and then worked around and around to get the clips to fit?
