Where do you get the hinges? And how do you glue it to the glass?

"God said it, we believe it, that settles it!!!"

This is why we should never take anything as the final result and set fact, but always be open to possibilities...this is where the adventure of discovery and connection between reality and the fantasy world lie.~ "Henry Howard Jnr"...

You can find plenty of different hinges all over the place, from hardware stores to places that supply kitchen fittings. Finding the nice plastic ones is a bit tricky and I have not yet found a good supplier for these.

You can attach hinges to the glass using silicone.

Put some silicone on the side of the hinge that needs to be fastened to the glass, and put it in place, you can then use basic art clamps or large office paper clips to hold the hinge in place while the silicone dries. The secret to silicone is to be patient and let it dry out completely over a 24 hour period. Once dry, that hinge aint going nowhere.
