People should learn to keep emotion out of argument.

Argue for argument's sake by providing facts. When you propose something not yet proven, state it. Then approach it scientifically, and reasonably.

Getting into anyone's character over that doesn't help the advancement of the topic, nor does it built relationships, it only harms us.

The only time I feel you have a right to take a modest, and note modest bash at someone is in the review section. Even there, stick to the facts.

I hate this hobby because...

I feel the same Cerat, many people in this hobby have let me down (directly and indirectly).

When I think of the public hobby in it's current state, I don't get excited or happy about it. Instead, I think of all the politics, uglyness, inflated egos and fighting. It's sickening and very sad.

I must however mention that if it wasn't for this hobby, I wouldn't have met incredible people like Scarab, Frooty, Raven, Marula, Animal, Cerat etc and made lifelong friends

So...... I will do my very best to try and change things for the better, but just like Cerat, I will only offer help or advise privately via email.

I don't see the point of posting information on this site where even the skelms will benefit from it. If you want to ask something, email me.

Not even the site owner checks up on things regularly, so what's the point?

Well, I dont really hate the hobby, but what I love about it is that every day and every second, there is something new, nes species, new type of spider personality, new reactions, and best of all new friends that love the same things I/we do..............

The second best is when you show someone your T's and the next thing you know they are in the next room.....hehe... Why do people always run out of the room? Do they think the T is going to run after them and attack? lol

On the other side of the coin, a while back somebody asked on this site for a possible donation, and lo and behold, people reacted generously, and he got a couple of free spiders! Cerat, there's hope after all!!
