Haha not really, updating tarantupedia and reading all the descriptions and articles has improved my knowledge slightly. I do understand what you are saying but at the end of the day i have seen alot of species change Genus, become synonyms with time.

Its always an interesting topic. Again once upon a time they where 2 species

Nope as Hendrik can also explain to you why. But also if you check in Patricks book you will see that on page 46 top left there is a Harpactira sp exactly the same as the Pterinochilus murinus (Usambara Baboon) . Apparently they also come from 2 different areas (light vs dark form).

Anyhow its very interesting topics and I like this kind of conversation, surely we could do something to prove it espesially the species here in South Africa. Lets create a project of identifying the locals? Why do we have to wait for some German or American to describe our species here?
